Sherri worked with me for 2 ½ years in searching for a home that would suit me and my family. We must have viewed 80 some properties and put offers and a good 30 of them if not more. The market was brutal with a lot of bidding wars and a lot of properties that would slip away due to cash offers and listings sometimes going for $100k over list price. Through that time, I became very discouraged, but she was right there cheering me on and constantly encouraging me and putting wind in my sails. We turned to the new community development side of real estate which she thought would be a better fit and low and behold, she was right! After 3 years of working together I was able to purchase a brand-new home and what I would call the home of my dreams. She was always there to help me in my negotiations and helped me understand the process from beginning to end. Sherri is an absolute Gem and anyone using her services is getting the best of the best with white glove service. I whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in this market. Especially first-time buyers like myself.

I connected with Sherri in Feb 2021 when we were preparing for a move from VA to CA. Even before we came out to look at homes she was searching for something that would meet our needs. In Mar we came out to view properties, which was no easy feat! The market was just insane and people would not respond, but Sherri didn’t let that slow us down.
